How long before you reply?
We aim to reply to all messages within 1–2 business days. If your question is time-sensitive, say so in your message and we will prioritise it.
I found a bug on the site. How do I report it?
Please email a brief description of the bug including which browser you are using, which QR type caused the issue, and what you expected to happen vs. what actually happened. Screenshots are very helpful.
Can I suggest a new feature?
Absolutely. We genuinely read feature requests and have built several improvements based on user feedback. Tell us what would make LightningQR more useful for your specific use case.

My QR code is not scanning correctly. What should I do?
First, try increasing the error correction level to "H — Max" and regenerating the code. If you have a logo in the centre, try removing it temporarily. Make sure the printed size is at least 2cm × 2cm. If the problem persists, send us the QR type and content you used and we will investigate.
